2. Sample Orders
2.1 All sample orders are negotiable and may be included or charged in advance for the total value, including shipping & handling charges.
2.2 A special discount equivalent to the value of the sample ordered will be offered during your first order placed. As per our policy, the Sample Order will be free of cost for you after your first order (subject to order quantities). Freight charges are to be borne by the Customer.
2.3 Samples are typically produced within a week, although the timeline may vary based on design complexity, quantity, and sizes.
3. Order Policies
3.1 Shipping & handling charges are contingent on the volume of the order. Minimum orders of 50 Pcs/style (Mix Size and Color) are accepted.
3.2 Custom designs and counter samples are also produced within a short timeframe. Customer-specified designs are treated as confidential information.
4. Payment Policies
4.1 Payment terms are negotiable with the customers, with options including advance payment. A 30% advance payment is required to avoid additional charges from both parties.
5. Client Privacy
5.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to producing new products according to modern techniques and your requirements. You can forward us your master samples or drawings to enable us to fulfill orders according to your specifications.
5.2 We guarantee the confidentiality of your information and business secrets. Information provided by you will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Warranty
6.1 Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced, subject to certain terms and conditions.
